That fellow’s grasp of Latin is not very good.
Furthermore, I’m sure that there’s a use for parallelograms, if only I could think of it. Surely — surely! — it cannot have been in vain!
As for my summer body, you simply don’t want to see it. There’s no good in depressing other people.
If you think it’s hard donating a bucket of blood — you should have seen what happened when I tried to donate a couple of organs. Such an unseemly ruckus, police and everything — enough to make you not want to be a good citizen any more.
