That pictogram looks like it’s a combination of “No Smoking in the Restroom” and “No Sitting on the Steps.” Someone was trying to be sexually suggestive or cute.
Verbalizing the trauma: the first step towards processing getting up in the morning. Some day we’ll get as far as establishing coping mechanisms. I suggest shooting the alarm clock. And maybe anyone who knocks on the door.
I don’t own an alarm clock… or a gun… yet. Lol.
