HAPPY PRIDE MONTH!

I guess it is only fitting that I just happened to be born DURING Pride Month…
JUNE 12th to be exact (Yes, that was a shameless plug to mention my birthday). 😁🎂

I hope everyone can feel a sense of pride within themselves, even if it is only a little. I personally know that feeling proud of yourself, whether it is because of your identity or your career success, or just because you managed to make the bed this morning, is not all that easy sometimes. But just know that WHOEVER you are, there is SOMETHING about YOU that you can be proud of.

I guess I am feeling a little sappy this morning…

Hey there guys!

How was your week? Mine has been busy. I don’t think I have said anything to you guys, but the wrist I had broken, like 2 years ago, has been REALLY hurting. I finally couldn’t take it anymore and went to immediate care one day. They took X-rays and concluded that I have something called “De Quervain’s tenosynovitis” and “polyarticular degenerative disease”.

YAY! I guess I have been surfing for too much porn lately! 😁

Well, they told me to see a hand specialist, which I did yesterday. He gave me a steroid injection to my wrist and said it can take about a week to notice any benefit. It doesn’t really hurt that much to type on the keyboard, it is only when I use my mouse or go to write something down that the pain becomes unbearable. He said I could try a different kind of mouse (I currently use a trackball), but the type he suggested is over $80.00 and I just don’t have that much to spend on a stupid mouse right now. I guess I will have to try and give my wrist a break! 😜

Anyway, so what is everyone doing this weekend? I picture you guys having or going to some barbeque cookouts🍗. That would be fun, but it is supposed to be a little on the cool side with chances of rain, plus, I don’t own a grill!!! lol
