How was everyone’s week? Mine was busy and I FINALLY got the cortisone injection I have been needing. Things are starting to feel better, now for how long, who knows…

I hope your week is going well! My wrist is finally feeling a little bit better, but that could be the pain meds talking… lol. I have my second cortisone injection coming up tomorrow. I hope it helps!
